Senior Analyst, Stars Regional Performance

What you'll do

• Design and build sophisticated analytical models to predict performance and identify trends for Stars reporting.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to project performance across various CMS Stars measures.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas of opportunity and recommend strategies to improve ratings.
• Create dashboards and presentations to communicate metrics and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Integrate analytical insights into quality improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize large amounts of complex information into concise reports for non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables are met against strict timelines.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree required.
• Must have US work authorization.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analytics, or other applicable healthcare fields.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and experienced working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle high levels of ambiguity.
