The Sr Analyst, Data, AI & Analytics joins the team to translate trusted data into actionable business insights. This role focuses on combining advanced analytics with Data & AI Governance practices to improve data quality, support responsible AI adoption, and strengthen transparency and controls. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex operational data to identify trends, developing dashboards and analytical models, and maintaining metadata repositories, data catalogs, and business glossaries. The successful candidate will perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation while assessing use cases for data readiness and privacy risks. Required skills include proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms. The role addresses the technical challenge of establishing reliable data-driven decision-making through robust governance frameworks and risk management.
Analyze complex business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions using governed data sources.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Data & AI Governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and improve data quality, reliability, and usability.
Maintain metadata repositories, data catalogs, business glossaries, and data lineage to improve transparency.
Assess Data & AI use cases for data readiness, privacy, security, and responsible AI risks.
Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring to define remediation actions.
Communicate analytical findings and governance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, Data Governance, or a related field.
Experience developing dashboards, analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions using Power BI or equivalent platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with analytical or programming tools such as Python or R.
Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts including ownership, stewardship, metadata management, lineage, data quality, privacy, controls, and risk management.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations, security or risk frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
