What we're looking for

Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate program.
Must have at least 3 months of civil or structural engineering-related experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Ability to work full-time onsite for at least 12 consecutive weeks starting in early 2027.
GPA of 3.5 or above (preferred).
6+ months of experience owning a civil/structural project from conception to completion (preferred).
Knowledge of AISC, ACI, ASCE, and IBC codes (preferred).
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, Revit, or similar software (preferred).
