What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise, Add-ons, and Universal Forwarders.
  • Build SQL queries, dashboards, alerts, and CIM-compliant data mappings.
  • Integrate Splunk with AWS, databases, Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ingest, parsing, and indexing issues.
  • Automate administrative tasks using Python and shell scripting.
  • Support RMF compliance activities and documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
  • Active IAT Level III certification (such as CISSP) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 15+ years of experience including at least 10 years supporting LAN/WAN technologies may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience administering, configuring, and maintaining Splunk Enterprise, Add-ons, and Universal Forwarders.
  • Proficiency in building SQL queries, dashboards, alerts, and CIM-compliant data mappings.
  • Ability to automate tasks using Python and shell scripting.
