What you'll do

Perform RAMS hardware and software analyses for electronic communications equipment.
Create technical documentation and present analysis results to stakeholders.
Conduct Reliability Predictions, Maintainability Predictions, and Reliability Modeling.
Execute Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
Perform various safety analyses in accordance with military, government, and commercial standards.
Manage time and resources to support multiple concurrent programs in a multidisciplinary environment.
Prepare and present technical data for internal and customer reviews.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 4 years of prior relevant RAMS experience.
A graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Familiarity with standards such as MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia SR-332, 217Plus™, MIL-HDBK-470, MIL-STD-882, NFPA70 and NAS 411.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to prepare and present technical data for internal and customer reviews.
Electrical Engineering degrees (preferred).
Previous experience in RAMS, Human Factors Engineering, FRACAS, Logistics Analysis including GEIA-STD-0007 and DoD (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
