What you'll do

Develop and enhance software components to deliver comprehensive test solutions for F35 depot and manufacturing needs.
Perform C/C++ software development using existing tools and Python-based test frameworks.
Design and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software based on operational performance requirements.
Conduct independent technical investigations to improve system performance or resolve complex requirements issues.
Coordinate with functional engineers to resolve compatibility and interface problems with other subsystems.
Participate in specification, design, code, and test reviews with various departments.
Provide timely production support and problem resolution for mission systems.
Ensure software conformance with established policies, procedures, and safety-critical industry standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred) and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
3+ years of experience with embedded development.
3+ years of experience with C++ systems development with understanding of Software/Hardware co-design, distributed systems design, and software/computer architecture.
3+ years of experience with avionics lifecycle execution.
Experience with Hardware and Software integration and test.
Experience with APIs/BSPs/Drivers, OpenGL, health and status.
U.S. citizens.
