What you'll do

Participate in the full software development lifecycle to create solutions for integrating and testing complex hardware.
Define, document, and refine software requirements and designs based on mission needs.
Design, implement, review, and test software using C++, C, XML, and Python on Windows and Linux platforms.
Support hardware integration and test activities by troubleshooting software, resolving defects, and improving performance.
Apply software engineering best practices and DevOps processes to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
Leverage automation, reuse, and AI-enabled development tools to improve software quality and productivity.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience, a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in software integration and test with strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Atlassian tools, Agile methodologies, or DevOps tools (preferred).
Experience with object-oriented architecture, AI-assisted tools, databases, hardware interfaces, or space hardware test methodologies (preferred).
