Scientist, Software Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop embedded software using C/C++ for F-15 mission systems and production programs.
• Design and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software to meet operational performance requirements.
• Perform requirements analysis, systems architecture design, and software architecture development.
• Create and execute test cases using Python-based test frameworks and software coverage tools.
• Support the integration of mission systems architecture for customer deployments.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements flow-down to production transition.
• Perform debug and trace analysis within Linux development environments.
• Implement safety-critical software development following DO-178 B or higher industry standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
• Active Secret US Security Clearance.
• Experience with embedded security and encryption (preferred).
• Ability to work with Network storage, Gigabit Ethernet, or InfiniBand (preferred).
• Knowledge of authentication schemes from Radius to LDAP (preferred).
• Relevant integration and test experience on complex military systems (preferred).
• Software leadership experience such as CSWE, IPTL, or CAM (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
