What you'll do

Analyze and understand requirements by interacting directly with engineering teams and program management.
Translate functional requirements into appropriate technical designs and present them to stakeholders.
Implement requirements into software components and applications according to technical designs.
Perform unit and component testing to ensure the quality of software deliverables.
Investigate and address requirement violations in functional testing and production software.
Track and report the status of tasks, deliverables, and issues to the software engineering team.
Mentor less experienced team members and manage multiple task assignments.
Adhere to corporate processes and standards throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 4 years of progressively advanced object-oriented commercial or government software development experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
Experience with C# and Visual Studio required (Java experience a potential substitute) (preferred).
Proficient knowledge of object-oriented design/development in a real-time environment (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
