What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain space command and control (C2) systems software.
Execute all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements elicitation and deployment.
Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other languages like C/C++ or Python.
Create software test procedures and conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality.
Identify, track, and resolve software defects within the system.
Implement cloud-native technologies including microservices, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Deploy software using CI/CD pipelines and manage workflows in tools like Jira and GitLab.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret security clearance.
Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification in less than 60 days.
Ability to obtain a US TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience as a Java full stack engineer (preferred).
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from requirements elicitation to deployment (preferred).
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Cloud Native Technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
