Specialist, RF / Wireless Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems for high-reliability applications.
• Analyze system requirements and propose technical solutions for mission-critical systems.
• Perform RF simulations and validation testing using tools like ADS, HFSS, or MATLAB.
• Generate technical reports and documentation as required for project milestones.
• Support production activities and perform troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Lead or support design reviews and present technical findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards and customer requirements.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Must have minimum 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have 4 years or more of experience with RF signal processing concepts and techniques.
• Must have 4 years or more of experience with RF test and measurement equipment.
• Must have functional knowledge of VHDL, MATLAB, or vendor-specific modeling, simulation, and FPGA logic tools.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and associated applications is required.
