Business Systems Analyst Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in computer system validation, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and internal procedures for all computer systems.
• Provide compliance and validation oversight for digital platform implementations and technology services.
• Support inspection readiness by developing playbooks, guidance documentation, and readiness tracking tools.
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and automate processes.
• Contribute to the Computerized Systems Lifecycle by gathering requirements and defining design approaches.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to design and implement support models.
• Track performance metrics to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Doctorate degree OR a Master’s degree with 2 years of Information Systems or Engineering experience.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Information Systems or Engineering experience.
• Must have an Associate’s degree with 8 years of Information Systems or Engineering experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of Information Systems or Engineering experience.
• Prior experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries (preferred).
• Depth knowledge and hands-on experience in computer validation, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness (preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and senior management (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong organizational skills and balance priorities (preferred).
