What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to power amplifiers, converters, and modems.
Integrate and test critical RF receive/transmit components and antenna assemblies into systems.
Develop, analyze, and execute test plans to validate performance against design criteria.
Create and update formal test procedures, engineering documentation, and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices.
Provide supervisory oversight of subcontractor work to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Perform root cause analysis on issues identified during testing and propose corrective actions.
Participate in Test Readiness Reviews and manage the documentation of test results.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Must have a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of Integration and Test related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must have proficient knowledge of the job area.
Experience with MIL-STD-810 environmental testing standards and procedures (preferred).
Experience with ground communication networks and associated infrastructure (preferred).
Security clearance.
