The Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer joins the team to support RF Testing operations for a Communication Systems portfolio. This role involves creating and updating test plans, procedures, reports, and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices to ensure full coverage across RF, IF, and networked elements. You will integrate and test RF receive/transmit components and antenna assemblies across a wide frequency range, from baseband to high-frequency microwave. Daily tasks include configuring and operating spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency counters, and multimeters to troubleshoot system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and present results to customers. Key requirements include knowledge of antennas, RF hardware, networked equipment, SATCOM, phased array technology, COMSEC, and Ethernet networking fundamentals using Wireshark.

What you'll do

Create, review, and update test plans, procedures, reports, and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM).
Integrate and test RF receive/transmit components and antenna assemblies across wide operating frequency ranges.
Configure and operate RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
Troubleshoot RF paths and system performance using knowledge of antennas, RF hardware, and networked equipment.
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for deliverables such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).
Execute integration and test activities in the presence of customers and Quality Engineering representatives.
Provide input on process, system, and test-method improvements within the Integration & Test organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
SATCOM experience with terminal, gateway, or airborne/ground systems (preferred).
Familiarity with phased array antenna technology (preferred).
Experience with COMSEC programs, devices, and key management (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
