Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead system integration and test activities for cyber-resilient, cloud-based solutions across the full product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including Test Requirements Documents, Test Design Documents, and test procedures.
• Execute functional, performance, integration, and qualification test procedures to verify compliance with program requirements.
• Oversee the integration and testing of lower-level software components through subsystem and application-level verification.
• Identify, document, and track software integration issues while collaborating with development teams to perform root cause analysis.
• Support secure software deployment activities and verify software baselines, interfaces, and configuration changes.
• Maintain the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and support requirements analysis for testability.
• Coordinate integration activities across test beds, hardware/software-in-the-loop environments, and software simulators.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 2+ years of network administration experience including configuration of firewalls, VPNs, and zero-trust models (preferred).
• 2+ years with CRA Software integration, testing, and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Experience working on defense systems, including space payloads, spacecraft buses, ground systems, and environmental testing (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
