Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, document, and execute integration, verification, and validation test procedures for complex hardware and software systems.
• Use Cameo Systems Modeler to perform model-based testing, requirements verification, and end-to-end traceability.
• Translate system models, behavioral diagrams, and operational scenarios into actionable test cases and verification artifacts.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between customer requirements, system models, and test results.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues involving hardware, software, networking, and communication components.
• Execute both automated and manual tests in lab and system integration environments.
• Develop test scenarios and acceptance tests for system-level and subsystem-level requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency through automation and model-based approaches.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree are required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Integration & Test Engineering (System/Network Integration Testing).
• Experience performing formal systems testing in lab, integration, or operational environments.
• Experience interpreting and validating system requirements while maintaining requirements traceability.
• Experience using Cameo Systems Modeler or similar model-based systems engineering tools.
• FAA Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience applying MBSE principles to design, verification, or validation activities (preferred).
• Security clearance.
