What you'll do

Serve as the assigned Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for designated classified and unclassified systems.
Support system accreditation and authorization activities following the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Maintain security documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
Implement and validate security controls in accordance with government policies and contractual requirements.
Monitor system security posture through vulnerability management, patch tracking, and remediation follow-up.
Conduct periodic security reviews, self-assessments, and audits to ensure compliance.
Review system changes for cybersecurity impact and manage configuration processes.
Provide cybersecurity guidance and education to system users and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Active Secret clearance required at hire.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience; Graduate degree and 2 years; or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Current IAM or IAT certification such as Security+, CAP, CASP+, CISM, or CISSP (preferred).
Experience supporting classified systems, secure facilities, and government assessments (preferred).
Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, DAAG, JSIG, and other U.S. Government cybersecurity frameworks (preferred).
Experience with eMASS, STIG compliance, vulnerability scanning, and remediation validation (preferred).
Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain higher-level access (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
