What you'll do

Design, develop, and integrate cloud software applications within an Agile development environment.
Configure deployment environments to ensure end-to-end integration between cloud and non-cloud components.
Implement microservices and manage containerized workloads in Kubernetes-based environments like EKS or OpenShift.
Build and improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Develop scalable, highly available enterprise systems utilizing various cloud service providers.
Provide operational support for applications and tools to meet high availability and SLA requirements.
Research COTS products for integration into existing L3Harris cloud applications.
Review designs and estimates with customers to identify risks, assumptions, and limitations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust clearance.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices in Kubernetes environments like EKS or OpenShift.
Knowledge of microservice architectural patterns and containerized workloads, databases, and object storage.
Experience with DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Git, Nexus, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
5+ years as a Cloud Software Developer (preferred).
5+ years of experience in Object Oriented Programming using Java, C++, or Python (preferred).
Security clearance.
