What you'll do

Design, develop, and integrate cloud software applications within an Agile development environment.
Configure deployment environments to ensure end-to-end integration between cloud and non-cloud components.
Implement microservices and deploy them to Kubernetes-based environments such as EKS or OpenShift.
Build and improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Provide operational support for applications and tools to meet high availability and SLA requirements.
Develop scalable, highly available enterprise systems utilizing cloud infrastructure.
Research COTS products for integration into existing L3Harris cloud applications.
Review designs and estimates with customers to identify risks, assumptions, and limitations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 6-9 years of software experience, a graduate degree with 4-7 years, or no degree with 10-12 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust clearance.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices to Kubernetes-based environments like EKS or OpenShift.
Knowledge of microservice architectural patterns and containerized workloads, databases, and object storage.
5+ years as a Cloud Software Developer (preferred).
5+ years of experience in Object Oriented Programming using Java, C++, or Python (preferred).
3 years of experience in Java development with Web Services/JMS and JavaScript with Node.js or ReactJS (preferred).
Security clearance.
