The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Bash scripting. They will work on fast prototyping, researching COTS products for integration, and ensuring high availability for enterprise systems. This position addresses the technical challenge of providing information management services and improving customer operations through robust cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and integrate cloud software applications within an Agile development environment.
Configure deployment environments to ensure end-to-end integration between cloud and non-cloud components.
Implement microservices and manage containerized workloads in Kubernetes environments like EKS or OpenShift.
Build and improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Develop scalable, highly available enterprise systems utilizing cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Provide operational support for applications to meet high availability and established SLAs.
Research COTS products for integration into existing L3Harris cloud applications.
Write testable, efficient code while coaching the team on software development best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or no degree and 8 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust clearance.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices to Kubernetes-based environments such as EKS or OpenShift.
Knowledge of microservice architectural patterns and cloud environments focused on containerized workloads, databases, and object storage.
5+ years of experience in Cloud Software Development (preferred).
5+ years of experience in Object Oriented Programming using Java, C++, or Python (preferred).
3 years of experience in Java development with Web Services/JMS and JavaScript development with NodeJS or ReactJS (preferred).
Security clearance.
