What you'll do

Provide subject matter expert support and resolve technical issues for the customer API user group.
Deploy and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective applications within AWS cloud environments.
Integrate cloud-native services, databases, and application components across distributed systems.
Execute software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Create architectural designs, implementation plans, and technical roadmaps aligned with mission goals.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for system design, deployment procedures, and sustainment activities.
Transition research or prototype capabilities into operational software tools for classified DoD environments.
Deliver technical briefings to stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable information.

What we're looking for

Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
CompTIA Security+ certification or any DoD IAT Level II Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering and at least 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Experience deploying and maintaining scalable, secure applications in AWS.
Proficiency in software development using Python, Bash, Java, Node.js, .NET, or similar languages/frameworks.
Expertise in full lifecycle engineering including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, microservices, and various database systems.
Security clearance.
