What you'll do

Develop and implement end-to-end software solutions from initial vision to production-ready systems.
Build and maintain front-end components using modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Develop back-end services and APIs using technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
Package and deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Design and optimize database schemas for both relational and NoSQL systems.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and integration.
Implement secure coding practices and perform root-cause analysis during troubleshooting and debugging.
Integrate AI capabilities into production applications using RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software engineering including designing, developing, and implementing applications.
Experience with modern compiled and interpreted programming languages for software development.
Experience with front-end web stacks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience with back-end development using frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Django, gin-gonic, gofiber, or FastAPI.
Experience with containerized applications (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or ECS.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, message brokers, and automated testing (preferred).
Experience with DevSecOps, authentication standards, caching, and integrating AI capabilities (preferred).
Cloud certifications (preferred).
