What you'll do

Develop and maintain production-grade embedded software using Rust, C, or C++.
Design system architectures and containerized services using Kubernetes.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through code reviews and professional development guidance.
Implement secure-by-design patterns and manage authentication and authorization protocols.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools to increase delivery velocity and improve code quality.
Develop software within an Agile framework and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
Identify and implement system improvements based on current architecture and future requirements.

What we're looking for

Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in software development, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience with software engineering using Rust, C, or C++.
Experience building and operating production-grade full-stack applications.
Experience designing architecture and containerized services with Kubernetes.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Agile frameworks, DevSecOps infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Experience with PyO3, static analysis tools, secure coding, SysML, DoDAF, UAF, or a professional GitHub profile (preferred); TS/SCI clearance or Master's degree (preferred).
