What you'll do

  • Ensure all software design choices align with practical operational requirements.
  • Partner with sales teams to represent new ideas and provide technical clarity to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, presales, or solutions consulting experience.
  • 6+ years of sales, presales, or solutions consulting experience without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to translate customer obstacles into technical requirements and assess solution feasibility.
  • Experience with SaaS and HaaS (preferred).
  • 5+ years of direct customer engagement as a technical representative for the Sales team (preferred).
  • 5+ years of Technical Sales process knowledge (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, IP networking principles, APIs, and cybersecurity best practices (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
