What you'll do

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware environments for customer-facing demonstrations.
Develop and test customized demo environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows Server platforms.
Ensure integration and compatibility with DICOM and HL7 healthcare data standards.
Automate setup processes to ensure consistent and repeatable deployment of demo environments.
Document build processes, configurations, and usage instructions for internal and customer use.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in demo environments under tight deadlines.
Provide rapid technical problem solving for high-priority sales opportunities and customer engagements.

What we're looking for

Proven experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with DICOM and HL7 protocols and healthcare IT systems.
Scripting or automation skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
