Field Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare

What you'll do

• Educate and empower Enterprise prospects on Cloudflare’s platform throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop best-fit technical solutions for customers by analyzing log files and creating firewall rules.
• Train and onboard new customers through video-conference or in-person sessions, ensuring their long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable solutions that meet customer needs across various departments.
• Work closely with Cloudflare’s Engineering team to develop and repurpose tools and scripts for customer use.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer-facing sales or consulting roles.
• Strong technical expertise with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences across enterprises.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to support customers.
• Proven track record of driving technical discussions and implementing solutions for enterprise clients.
