As a Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare in Singapore, you will serve as the technical liaison between enterprise customers and the company’s platform, guiding them through pre-sales consultations and post-sales onboarding. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a background in technology fields like consulting or software development, along with expertise in internet protocols, firewall configurations, and TLS security. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for supporting Chinese-speaking clients. Additionally, experience with Python, JavaScript, Bash scripting, web application development, and cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud is beneficial, as well as familiarity with AI/ML applications and developer platforms like serverless computing and API-first designs.
