What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, UX Design, Information Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
At least three years of experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with relational data sources using SQL or equivalent query languages.
Demonstrated application of human-centered design principles in analytics or visualization solutions.
Experience working in a consulting or enterprise delivery environment with direct client engagement.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy concepts including Row Level Security and WCAG 2/508 accessibility standards.
Eligible to work in environments handling sensitive government or healthcare data.
