You should be comfortable working with APIs using tools like cURL and Postman, troubleshooting technical issues, and reading object-oriented code. Familiarity with Fintech/Banking is a plus, as you will help customers integrate Alloy into their tech stack and business processes.

What you'll do

Deliver product demonstrations for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build customized demo environments for customer presentations.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Quick learner with a strong interest in new technologies and fast-paced environments.
Experience working hands-on with APIs and troubleshooting technical issues.
Comfortable collaborating in ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability.
Familiarity with Fintech/Banking space is beneficial.
