What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of expertise in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, and data center architecture.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building network fabrics for scalable data center compute clusters, including CLOS and spine-leaf architectures.
Proficiency in BGP, VxLAN, and EVPN for network design and troubleshooting (2+ years).
Advanced network troubleshooting skills using packet sniffers and analysis tools (2+ years).
Strong Linux administration background and computer hardware architecture (2+ years).
1+ years of direct customer-facing experience in requirement gathering, project planning, and deployment.
Proficiency in network automation using Ansible, Salt, and Python scripting (1+ years).
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or networking simulation tools like NVIDIA Air, GNS3, or EVE-NG (preferred).
Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or a personal Git repository (preferred).
