Solutions Architect, Drug Discovery

What you'll do

• Architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for training large biological foundation models using BioNeMo libraries.
• Build proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase how NVIDIA software and hardware accelerate scientific discovery.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for integrating NVIDIA technologies into biopharma and diagnostics applications.
• Partner with business teams to identify customer goals, scientific workflows, and platform adoption strategies.
• Develop high-performance computing techniques to improve training efficiency and reduce time to insight.
• Create technical enablement content including whitepapers, blogs, and internal wiki articles for knowledge sharing.
• Conduct hands-on customer workshops and training sessions to educate users on NVIDIA technologies.

What we're looking for

• MS or PhD in Computational Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development for deep learning, GPU acceleration, or scientific computing applications.
• Hands-on experience applying machine learning to genomics, quantum chemistry, biomaterials science, or structural biology.
• Experience profiling and optimizing training workflows for large AI models including performance tuning and distributed training.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and experience in HPC or accelerated computing environments using Slurm or Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical material to scientists, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with BioNeMo, NeMo, Parabricks, RAPIDS-singlecell, ALCHEMI, cuEquivariance, or cuEST libraries.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotech companies and providing customer-facing technical leadership.
