What you'll do

Bridge the gap between design and deployment of large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure.
Integrate NVIDIA hardware and software solutions with cloud partners to move products into production.
Provide primary technical support for customers throughout the development and construction of GPU cloud infrastructure.
Conduct technical meetings to discuss project details, feature updates, and debugging sessions with customers.
Build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) by developing networking and compute infrastructure to address critical business needs.
Deliver technical content through presentations and workshops to educate customers on new technologies.
Analyze and develop joint solutions to resolve customer performance and scaling issues.
Provide feedback to internal business and engineering teams regarding product strategy based on customer input.

What we're looking for

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or another engineering field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Cloud Engineering experience working with partners and customers.
Experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
Practical expertise in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through documents and presentations.
Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware including GPUs, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking components, and storage.
Knowledge of NVIDIA systems technology such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, and Base Command Manager.
Experience in cluster administration and coordination using tools like SLURM or Kubernetes.
