What you'll do

Lead technical engagement for large-scale AI training, inference, and infrastructure deployments for hyperscale customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for NVIDIA products to enable cloud providers' AI/ML software infrastructure.
Partner with engineering teams to secure design wins and resolve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate customer requirements into specific product improvements and innovative solutions for NVIDIA.
Facilitate the resolution of customer issues through proactive communication and risk mitigation.
Lead workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase NVIDIA’s AI/ML capabilities.
Guide customers on standard processes for scalable AI model deployment and inference optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of engineering experience with a track record in AI/ML projects or enterprise solutions.
Proven understanding of Linux systems including solving, optimization, and customization for AI/ML workloads.
Strong understanding of data science and machine learning infrastructure across both software and hardware.
Proficiency in Python to develop scripts and build custom tools.
Professional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for various technical audiences.
Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration such as CUDA is helpful.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
