The position requires hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SAQL, alongside Salesforce CRM Analytics. Candidates must utilize SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. Technical skills include integrating AI/ML capabilities via Azure OpenAI Service and Python. The role solves business problems by translating complex needs into technical solutions within large enterprise environments using Agile methodologies.

Lead cross-functional analysis and brainstorming for complex sales and corporate initiatives.
Develop and present technical solutions and recommendations to upper management.
Perform hands-on development on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SAQL.
Build and optimize large-scale datasets and data models using SQL and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Five years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management.
Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SAQL, and CRM Analytics.
Proven experience designing and optimizing large-scale datasets, relational databases, SQL, and ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience with modern web technologies, Python, .NET, CI/CD, and version control (preferred).
