What you'll do

  • Write clean, maintainable Apex code while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
  • Develop and implement Lightning Web Components and other web development technologies.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications and third-party integrations.
  • Manage the full Salesforce development lifecycle including code and metadata commits to Git.
  • Advise government clients on modernizing systems and adopting new technologies.
  • Mentor and grow junior team members within the development team.
  • Utilize Salesforce declarative capabilities to meet functional requirements.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Aura or Lightning Web Components.
  • 2+ years of experience with software engineering or software development.
  • Experience committing code and metadata to Git repositories.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • Experience with federal government or healthcare IT (preferred); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or CS (preferred); Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
