Solutions Advisor, Salesforce Developer

What you'll do

• Perform quantitative analysis of complex business situations regarding sales performance and corporate strategies.
• Develop advanced computer models and utilize database tools to analyze and solve business problems.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff members on technical assignments.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for high-level corporate initiatives to upper management.
• Build and maintain applications using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SAQL.
• Create dashboards and dataflows using Salesforce CRM Analytics to visualize large-scale datasets.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to improve automation and user experience.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines and integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative problem solving, operations, sales/marketing analysis, or knowledge management.
• Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SAQL.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, large-scale data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience with modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, React) and Python or .NET (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and mobile-first or geospatial solutions (preferred).
