As a Salesforce Systems Analyst within the Information Technology Group, you will join a globally diverse team to develop and maintain the company's Salesforce product offering, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, and various custom applications. You will be responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements, translating them into well-architected solutions, managing daily support and maintenance of assigned applications, and consulting on long-term roadmaps. Your daily work involves integrating Salesforce applications with on-premise systems using web services or ETL processes. To succeed, you must utilize technical skills in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Javascript, the AJAX Toolkit, and SOQL for object modeling. You will also leverage REST/SOAP APIs involving XML and JSON, along with Informatica Cloud ETL processes, to solve complex business problems and deliver customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet critical project objectives.

What we're looking for
Candidates must have 5 years of IT-relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of experience without a degree.
Applicants need 2+ years of experience building and delivering technical implementations of customer projects.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization.
A Salesforce certification is preferred.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Javascript, and the AJAX Toolkit.
Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and fundamental database concepts including SOQL is required.
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON) and Informatica Cloud ETL processes is required.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions is required.
