As a Salesforce Systems Analyst within the Information Technology Group, you will join a global team to develop and maintain the Salesforce product offering, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, and various custom applications. What you'll do

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
  • Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into well-architected technical solutions.
  • Manage daily support and maintenance for assigned Salesforce applications.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to build short-term and long-term roadmaps and milestones.
  • Integrate Salesforce applications with on-premise systems using web services or ETL processes.
  • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Javascript, and the AJAX Toolkit.
  • Perform object modeling and utilize SOQL for database management.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have 2+ years of proven work experience building and delivering technical implementations of customer projects.
  • Must have 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization (SFDC certification preferred).
  • Must have 1+ years developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Javascript, and the AJAX Toolkit.
  • Must have experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts including SOQL.
  • Must have experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON) and Informatica Cloud ETL Processes.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
