Salesforce Functional Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business processes and needs.
• Translate documented requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Flows and Validation Rules.
• Own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process for the Salesforce application suite.
• Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and integrated marketing technology tools.
• Manage release management processes by deploying changes from sandboxes to production environments.
• Create and maintain documentation regarding business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
• Identify system inefficiencies and troubleshoot operational issues to recommend proactive enhancements.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities for new features.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience with Sales and Support operations.
• 3+ years of experience working with the SFDC product suite.
• Experience with advanced Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• Intermediate understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, JavaScript) to communicate requirements to developers.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce Consultant certifications preferred.
