Solution Engineer

What you'll do

• Configure and implement Intapp solutions across various client environments.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.
• Perform data mapping, configuration, validation, and issue troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple implementation projects to ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
• Conduct client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs.
• Analyze root causes of integration and system-level issues, including third-party APIs.
• Deliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing, interpreting, and troubleshooting complex queries and data transformations.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for parsing and transforming data.
• Familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony (preferred).
