The Solution Engineer (Integration Engineer) joins the Services Delivery team to implement solutions within client environments by translating business requirements into technical configurations and logical workflows. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, performing data mapping, troubleshooting system-level issues including third-party APIs, and conducting client-facing workshops and training sessions. The successful candidate will utilize Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server to manage integrations while leveraging skills in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in Regular Expressions for data transformation. The position focuses on solving complex integration challenges within a SaaS environment, specifically addressing technical hurdles related to enterprise software systems like billing, CRM, and firm-specific workflow automation to ensure high-quality, scalable deliverables for professional firms.
Configure and implement Intapp solutions across various client environments.
Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Translate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.
Perform data mapping, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting of system issues.
Manage multiple implementation projects while ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.
Conduct client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs for users.
Analyze root causes of integration failures and third-party API issues.
Deliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and troubleshooting complex queries, joins, and data transformations.
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#.
Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for parsing and transforming data.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Boomi or comparable integration platforms (preferred).
Exposure to enterprise systems like billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony; Microsoft IIS/Exchange; Intapp solutions; or Boomi Associate Developer Certification (preferred).
