What we're looking for

7+ years of experience translating mission requirements into technical architectures and leading design for complex implementations.
3+ years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Affairs.
Knowledge of consular systems such as 2DB, ABIS biometric verification, ACS case management, ACRS fee collection, or CA enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of data integrations across CCD, TDIS, ACS, financial systems, identity management, and cross-border verification systems.
Top Secret clearance (preferred).
Master's degree (preferred).
