What you'll do

Translate customer IT needs and goals into actionable plans for intelligence systems.
Design and integrate high-performance technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Execute cloud migrations and modernize legacy systems for the Department of Defense.
Architect network designs for multi-classification standalone and cloud environments.
Develop DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Manage technical delivery and lead teams to meet project milestones.
Serve as a mentor to develop junior developers into future solutions architects.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with software design, IT networking in multi-classification environments, and delivering high-performance solutions for secure DoW systems.
4+ years of experience building solutions with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
3+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
2+ years of experience managing technical delivery, leading teams, and working with client stakeholders.
Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces.
Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and IaC automation such as Terraform, Ansible, or GitLab CI/CD in disconnected or multi-enclave systems.
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in a CS or IT field; ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II certification within 30 days of hire.
Experience with containerized solutions using Kubernetes or Docker (preferred).
Experience in security architecture, governance, accreditation (RMF or ICD-503), and identity/access controls for cloud platforms (preferred).
Experience with Agile development techniques, version control tools, and CI/CD pipeline implementation (preferred).
