As a Solution Architect - Data & AI, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior executive stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide AI, data, and digital transformation strategies. You will lead the technical vision for large-scale initiatives involving Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB. Your daily responsibilities include designing production-grade Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and durable workflow automation to modernize document-intensive processes. You will build reusable intellectual property, reference architectures, and prompt libraries while ensuring governance and security in regulated environments. The role requires expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Bicep, Terraform, and GitHub Actions. You will solve complex business problems by connecting unstructured content with back-office processes to improve operational efficiency and workforce productivity for federal government customers.
Advise senior executives on enterprise-wide AI, data, and digital transformation strategies aligned to mission goals.
Translate complex business challenges into technical architectures using Azure OpenAI, search tools, and cloud services.
Provide leadership on the responsible use of AI, including model selection, evaluation, and governance.
Design solutions that connect unstructured content with back-office processes to improve operational efficiency.
Lead customers in adopting AI-powered agents, copilots, and durable workflow automation at scale.
Create reusable intellectual property, reference architectures, and prompt libraries for federal customer use.
Act as a public spokesperson and thought leader for applied AI and enterprise architecture.
Mentor and upskill technical teams to foster innovation and architectural excellence.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree plus 4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
Alternatively, must have a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in relevant technical fields.
Must possess valid U.S. citizenship for verification due to federal and state government contract requirements.
Requires at least 4 years of experience in technical sales.
Requires at least 4 years of experience in project management.
Must hold a technical or professional certification in a domain such as Security.
Must have deep expertise in the Azure AI stack, including OpenAI, AI Foundry, Search, Document Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
Must have experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and operating in regulated environments like FedRAMP or IL4/IL5.
