What you'll do

Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
Design, architect, and implement blockchain-based solutions ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Define technical requirements by collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams.
Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
Monitor industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets.
Develop enterprise-grade software systems for digital assets and decentralized finance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go, or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development in an enterprise production environment.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.
3+ years in blockchain and tokenization (preferred).
Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
Experience in regulated financial services or fintech.
