What you'll do

  • Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable and secure blockchain-based solutions.
  • Ensure all technical solutions comply with applicable regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Define technical requirements in collaboration with product, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging standards within the digital asset space.
  • Develop enterprise-grade software systems using Solidity or Go for production environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go, or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development.
  • Experience must be within an enterprise production environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.
  • At least 3 years of experience in blockchain and tokenization is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
  • Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
  • Experience in regulated financial services or fintech.
