What you'll do

  • Create customer journey maps and user story mappings to define new software functionality.
  • Validate that software requirements are complete, clear, and testable for high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and document comprehensive test artifacts including scenarios, plans, and cases for functional, performance, and safety testing.
  • Establish full traceability between requirements and test cases to achieve 100% test coverage.
  • Participate in risk management activities such as FMEA to identify and mitigate software risks.
  • Execute sprint activities and validate software releases within a Scrum team environment.

What we're looking for

  • You must have 4+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, Verification Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • You must have US work authorization.
  • You must reside in or within commuting distance to Bedford, MA.
  • You must have strong skills in test case management tools like Jama, Jira, TestComplete, or Quality Center.
  • You must have experience with desktop test automation tools such as Qt Squish, PyTest, or WinAppDriver.
  • You must have experience collaborating with global software development teams and demonstrate strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Experience with regulated environments and compliance-driven testing is a bonus (preferred).
