What you'll do

Own the end-to-end software release process for EW products across multiple hardware platforms and variants.
Define and manage release plans aligned with program milestones, customer commitments, and operational timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to move software from branch cut through validation to field deployment.
Manage release artifacts including build packages, release notes, and technical documentation for internal and external use.
Communicate release status, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
Drive continuous improvements in release processes, quality gates, and automation to increase velocity and confidence.
Coordinate the deployment of candidate releases to test and evaluation teams for validation.
Manage and improve CI/CD environments by identifying bottlenecks and driving fixes in build pipelines and toolsets.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in release management, release engineering, or technical program management.
Experience managing software release processes for products with multiple hardware and software variants.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and version control systems like Git or CircleCI.
Ability to read and navigate codebases to understand changes within a release.
Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, test, and operations teams through structured processes.
Proficiency in Linux-based development and deployment environments.
Familiarity with DoD software ecosystems including SDLC, DevSecOps, and continuous ATO frameworks.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
