What you'll do

Develop and maintain mission-critical software across the electronic warfare product stack.
Build and improve deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems.
Integrate EW systems with the broader Lattice OS ecosystem.
Debug and resolve issues in production and field-deployed systems.
Create operator-facing tools and interfaces for high-stakes environments.
Bridge the gap between algorithm development and field-deployable software by working with embedded and DSP engineers.
Participate in field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements.

What we're looking for

1–4 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent through internships, open source contributions, or research.
Proficiency in at least one of Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
Comfort working in Linux environments.
Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with shifting priorities.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
