Mission Software Engineer, EW

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain mission-critical software across the electronic warfare product stack.
• Build and improve deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems.
• Integrate electronic warfare systems with the broader Lattice OS ecosystem.
• Debug and resolve software issues in production and field-deployed systems.
• Develop operator-facing tools and interfaces for high-stakes environments.
• Bridge the gap between algorithm development and field-deployable software with embedded and DSP engineers.
• Participate in field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements.
• Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.

What we're looking for

• 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one of Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Comfort working in Linux environments.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with Haskell or Rust (preferred).
• Familiarity with Nix/NixOS, embedded systems, real-time systems, or hardware/software integration (preferred).
