What you'll do

Build and scale the Electronic Warfare Mission Software Engineering team from the ground up.
Define technical direction for mission software including architecture, engineering standards, and deployment practices.
Perform hands-on engineering tasks such as system debugging, software patching, and infrastructure integration.
Manage the full lifecycle of EW systems from production through installation and field deployment.
Triage field issues and lead root cause analysis to coordinate rapid fixes across teams.
Establish formal processes for incident response, post-incident review, and preventive engineering.
Translate customer and operator feedback into actionable engineering requirements and development cycles.
Coordinate with release engineering to qualify and manage builds for mission-critical deployments.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 7 years of professional experience in software engineering for production systems.
Must have at least 2 years of experience leading or managing a technical team.
Must be proficient in at least two of the following: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
Must have experience with Linux systems administration and debugging in production environments.
Must demonstrate ability to work across the full stack including embedded systems, networking, applications, and infrastructure.
Must have experience supporting or operating remotely deployed software and hardware systems.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Must be willing to travel up to 30% for deployments and customer engagements.
