The Software Issue Resolution Team (SW IRT) seeks a professional to serve as a plant-facing software integration readiness role. This position owns software-related end-of-line and launch quality for vehicle programs and their respective plants. The role involves capturing and analyzing build data, flagging faults that impact EFTQ, and managing DTC ignores via Jira and Deviator. Key responsibilities include supporting EVC and HVF flash activities, providing preliminary root cause analysis for PRTS issues, and coordinating engineering try-outs. The successful candidate will utilize tools such as Jira, NeoVi, Vehicle Spy, DPS, and GBFTT. This role solves the critical business problem of ensuring vehicles are built and shipped with acceptable software quality by driving issue closure across engineering and manufacturing teams during production events.
