What you'll do

Test, evaluate, integrate, and troubleshoot the HPC software stack and related system issues.
Develop scripts using Bash and Python to automate tasks and manage systems.
Manage Slurm resource management and job scheduling for high-performance computing environments.
Perform system administration tasks including troubleshooting hardware and software stack problems.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using automation tools like Salt and Ansible.
Monitor HPC shared file systems such as Lustre, GPFS, and Panasas.
Monitor system performance using tools like Ganglia and Nagios.
Diagnose root causes of technical issues to develop mitigation paths for complex hardware and software problems.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have technical training, certifications, or a degree.
Experience with Linux CLI and the Linux suite of tools is required.
Extensive recent experience using Bash and Python to develop scripts is required.
Experience with HPC systems including Slurm resource management, shared file systems (Lustre, GPFS, Panasas), and acceleration technologies.
Security clearance.
